Good service goes unappreciated all too often. We wanted to take a moment to thank you and your team for an outstanding job on our new home. From our first meeting with Greg Slater viewing Spring Creek and Glenmore, the experience has been very positive and professional. David Garono was a tremendous help in showing us that Piedmont would indeed build the home we wanted and not just the basic floor plan. These factors led directly to our decision to buy from Piedmont and build our home in Spring Creek.
Once construction began, David continued to be a valuable resource for us as the various optional selections needed to be made. We were very pleased that Piedmont elected to undertake the outdoor kitchen we wanted. Wade Shaffer deserves a special “thank you” from us. Once an accelerated construction schedule was agreed, a finished basement and the outdoor kitchen were added to the plan. Throughout the construction process, Wade was attentive and responsive to our concerns and was always on top of the project.
We are very pleased with the finished product, particularly those changes to the standard plan that make this uniquely our home. We hope to never have to build again, but we will tell our friends to look at Piedmont before you buy anywhere else.
Thank you again for a homebuilding experienced marked by professionalism and satisfaction rather than conflict and compromise. Once we can actually get settled in the house and get some pleasant weather, we do want to invite the Piedmont team to the house to enjoy the outdoor kitchen and the “Boom Boom Club” (our basement bar area—of which David is a charter member). I hope we will see you then.

After searching around the county for a supplier of the Adams casing you use, so we could purchase 2 lengths, we found out from one of your CM's that it was supplied by Builder's First Source. After researching and finding they are not a retail supplier, I was hesitant to call them. But after speaking with Brian Morris there, he was extremely helpful and took the time to deal with me, a "homeowner". I told him where we lived, and that it was a Piedmont home—he was so helpful and complimentary. So I wanted to let you know that your name is so well respected and the caliber of company you give your business to is very high.
I also had a similar experience at the Roof Center, buying just 1 piece of siding that we needed due storm damage. I don't know the name of the fellow there, but I think his initials were JGS. Extremely accommodating.

We wanted to send a letter to recognize what a wonderful job Brandon Flasco did on our new house and what a pleasure it was working with him. Having never been through the building process as a client, we really didn't know what to expect and braced ourselves for stress and hassle based on what we had heard from other people who had built houses with other builders. To our surprise and relief, it really could not have gone more smoothly. I have actually had way more headaches dealing with Sears for a washer and dryer delivery over the last week than working with Piedmont on our house since January!
At the start of the process, I was very nervous and thinking I would have to stay on top of every detail, but my mind was soon put to rest because Brandon did such an excellent job of keeping us apprised of progress and any issues that came up. We were able to leave the stress to Piedmont (and I'm sure there was plenty!) and just enjoy watching the building progress. Not only do we feel like the finished product is wonderful, but we were able to enjoy it in large part because we had such a knowledgeable and personable project manager to work with. We really felt like ours was the only house Piedmont/Brandon was building, although we know that was far from the case.

We have been living our new Piedmont home for over 6 months, and we continue to be very happy with the finished product. I wanted to take a moment to let you know, that my husband and I firmly believe that building our first home was a success because of Brandon Flasco. I am positive that he went above and beyond his job description to make sure that we, the customer, were satisfied. About 6 weeks into building we asked Brandon how many other homes he was supervising and we were shocked at the number he gave. I remember thinking that we must be one of three, at most, because he was so attentive. I don't remember the exact number, but I think it was around 10 homes. After we learned this, we were even more impressed with Brandon. He always made us feel like we were the most important client he had, that our concerns were valid, that our questions were relevant, and that he had all the time in the world to walk us through every step of the building process.
We truly do love our home. We had some frustrations along the way (no fault of Brandon's), but it is solely because of Brandon that building our first home was a positive experience. As people walk through our home for the first time they are impressed with how well it is built. There is nothing "over-the-top" about our home, but people are always impressed. There seems to be an awareness and appreciation for a well built home and the understated sophistication that brings. I always let people know how happy we were with Piedmont's work, but also let them know that it was a success particularly because of Brandon Flasco.
