Sustainability is in our roots.
Piedmont Realty Holdings has long been a pioneer and trendsetter for sustainable development. One of the initial advocates of earth-friendly construction in the area, Drew Holzwarth, Principal, laid the foundational principles Piedmont Realty Holdings still follows to this day. With years of experimentation and innovation, Piedmont Realty Holdings leads the industry by using the best technologies and sourcing practices available. Sustainability has been in Piedmont Realty Holdings’ DNA from the start—equally as valuable as the beauty and financial performance of our projects.
Fine, functional craftsmanship.

Piedmont Realty Holdings makes decisions at every step of the development process to maintain the integrity of the projects. Piedmont Realty Holdings’ reputation lives and dies on the quality of its work and the experiences delivered, which is why Piedmont Realty Holdings works with only the most reputable contractors using the highest-quality materials. Every project undergoes quality control checks every step of the way, from breaking ground or demolition to the finishing touches.
